With us you get flexible terms from three months to three years, all in a simple two-page contract. Let us run the building, so that you can get on with running your business.

All our venues include professional meeting spaces which you can hire on-demand – for 30 minutes or one week. Our flexible meeting spots are equipped with the latest technology (including free wifi) and suit every scenario, from intimate interviews to company brainstorming sessions. Pay for what you need only and we’ll even make sure you get your favourite biscuits!

Not quite ready for an office but need a professional address, phone number and a meeting space? Then that’s where our Virtual Offices come in handy. Choose from our 8 locations to drop by & pick up your post all whilst being able to check your emails, access power, grab a coffee, enjoy the sunshine on the roof or book a meeting room for those important decisions.

We have the latest technology at affordable prices: full IT and telephone solution, or not, we have a team of geeks on-hand. There’s everything from a dedicated 1-meg line up to 1000 megs. You won’t share it with anyone and you can increase speed or add a phone line at the click of a button, for as long as you like.

The Space is about thriving individual businesses within a collective community. Events are an invaluable part of The Space. Connect learn and laugh, we host everything from networking events to spontaneous nights out – it could be a table tennis tournament, yoga session, or a knitting lesson. We do our bit for the planet with everything from bike sheds to low energy lighting. We strive to be creative with our eco credentials, building materials made from verified recycled sources and making sure we use what we’ve already got (like beautiful original wooden flooring). You might even find some veg growing on our roof terraces!

The Space doesn’t have boundaries. We want everyone to be able to move freely, mingle, and try every breakout spot they fancy – test every chair if you have to! You can move between office, location and lounge areas. We’re in it together and everyone is welcome.
