Meet the Team

Sam is our Chief Customer Officer, overseeing the Commercial & Operations functions and Client Experience for both Landmark and The Space. In leading the organisation’s CX Steering Group to differentiate client experience, she draws from a wealth of knowledge from varied roles to ensure clients of Landmark and The Space are supported to the fullest, and that all our buildings are operating at the highest level commercially.

Tom is our Area Director and manages 16 offices across London and the UK. He is responsible for The Space offices located in London, and the Landmark offices across the UK regions, which span everywhere from Scotland to English home counties. He takes pride in his team’s abilities to ensure the smooth operation of each serviced office.

Tom brings strong sales and negotiations experience from previous roles, including management in the serviced office sector.

Meet Katie, our irreplaceable Operations Manager, who joins us from a fashion retail-ops background. Katie heads up our operational team & is always there with help and advice to keep our buildings sparkling, our clients smiling, and our team motivated and happy. Katie has two adorable cats and in her spare time she can be found with family and friends planning her next holiday.

Meet Craig- our Client Experience manager.

This music lover has been to 44 gigs this year and counting, his favourite being Harry Styles- Love on Tour in Italy! Although be aware if you want to attend a gig with Craig you will need around 6 months’ notice to get a time slot in his social calendar.

Our longest standing member of the team and our Sales Manager, Kelsey is our go-to girl before a night out. She’s a character with boundless personality, stories to tell and a big smile (if you mention halloumi you’ll definitely see it). Need a new office? Kelsey is your girl, you can find her running Sales across all of our 8 buildings.

Meet Megan, or better known to us as Meg, our Building Manager at both Piccadilly & Mayfair. A West end guru by day and horse riding instructor by night, Meg is our go to girl for a good cup of tea and the best pasta spot in town. You can find Meg bouncing between 49 Grosvenor Street and 117 Piccadilly with a cuppa in hand, if you ask nicely, she might even make you one!

Harley joined The Space from our sister company Landmark. Bring 7 years industry experience with her, we are very pleased to have her on board. When not managing our Aldgate building, Harley can be found at home with her two children, Olivia and Finley. Harley enjoys time spent with her family and has a passion for photography and fitness. 

When not found on the beach, getting off a plane or brunching in the newest London spot, Libby, our very own little pocket rocket can be found in the West End as our Building Manager at Regent Street. Search Aperol Spritz in the dictionary and you will be sure to find Libby’s name next to it!

Meet Ian, our building manager for both Old Street buildings. If not out at live sporting events or concerts, he’s socialising with friends and family, cooking on his BBQ in all weathers. From East End to East Kent Coast, you can find Ian relaxing in his downtime from work near the beach in Whitstable.

Jonny manages our Liverpool Street and our Shoreditch buildings, and with 10 years of experience, you can find him meeting clients and ensuring every working day runs smoothly. Jonny is a proud northerner who loves music & art, his super social nature bring him out and about in London, he enjoys trying out the many pubs & restaurants the city has to offer.

Meet Martha, our second Merritt sister in the business – lucky us! Martha joins the team at Piccadilly as our lovely Front of House. When not making Piccadilly look beautiful, Martha’s favourite pass time is taking her puppy, Otto, on long countryside walks. Make sure to pop in and say hello to Martha – if you’re lucky she might even have Otto with her!

Meet Ivan, our wonderful front of house for 113 Shoreditch High Street. Originally from Bulgaria, when Ivan is not holding the fort at Shoreditch, he can be found shaking a cocktail (shaken not stirred) or diving in to a good book. Pop in and say Здравейте (hello in Bulgarian!) & pick his brain for your next mystery novel.

Meet Rebecca, our front of house for our Aldgate building. Joining us with a fountain of knowledge from her customer service background, Rebecca joins the team with a spring in her step and her welcoming smile. When next in the area, be sure to pop in and ask where you can find the best Long Island Iced Tea in the area!

Meet our ‘Angel’ Georgie. Being an ‘angel’ means Georgie covers Front of House for all 8 of our Space buildings and we sure are lucky to have her. With her infectious smile and amazing style, you will find Georgie floating between the buildings with a hot chocolate in hand.

Meet Tia, the smiley face that will greet you at 120 Regent Street. When not running a smooth operation at Regent Street you can find Tia ordering a takeaway on Deliveroo (we are sure she is their best customer) Tia is also a film fanatic and is your go to girl for a horror movie recommendation. Pop in and see Tia today!

Meet Tiah, our Front of House for our Old St and Shoreditch buildings. When not spreading her infectious smile between our East end sites, Tiah can be found at a festival with friends. Make sure to ask Tiah for the latest recommendations of upcoming music events!

Meet Chloé, our lovely Front of House at Liverpool Street. Chloé enjoys going out to concerts and is a massive Justin Bieber fan, Chloé is also often booking holidays. Fun fact: Justin Bieber follows Chloé on Twitter!

Maisie is the ray of sunshine that greets you at 49 Grosvenor Street. When not making Mayfair look beautiful, this festival goer loves jetting off on holiday (don't we all!). If you are in the West End come say hi and get the best holiday recommendations from Maisie!

Felicia is our Shoreditch superstar who ensures 113 Shoreditch High Street is always a great place to work. Felicia enjoys visiting museums when she can and is always full of random facts so be sure to ask her for one next time you visit 113 Shoreditch High Street.

Meet Izzy, our vibrant and energetic Front of House at Holborn. Always whizzing around making sure clients are well taken care of and their needs are met with a smile. Her enthusiasm and knack for creating a welcoming atmosphere doesn’t just stop here at the office - if you catch her out and about on the weekend you'll witness her bringing her lively energy wherever she goes! If your in need of a chat and a smile, Izzy’s your girl.

Meet Holly, our lovely Front of House at 49 Grosvenor Street. Holly joins us fresh out of uni with a film, TV and radio degree from Canterbury University. When not making the building look fab she enjoys going for dinner with friends. Holly is also a keen ice skater and has even won a national championship!

Mia is the welcoming face at 69 Old Street, and her warm demeanour ensures that clients feel right at home. Mia is a bubbly and outgoing personality who thrives on making connections and brightening the day of those she encounters. Beyond her role as a front-of-house professional, Mia is a lover of city of London -delighting in exploring its culinary wonders at top-notch restaurants, immersing herself in the energy of festivals, and embarking on exciting holiday adventures.

Meet our ‘Angel’ Victoria. Being an ‘angel’ means Victoria covers Front of House for all 9 of our Space buildings. She also runs her own floristry business called Iris Victoria Flowers based out of Southeast London. You may find Vic’s gorgeous bouquets in some of our buildings. If you see Vic around, be sure to say hi!

Mary works from our Shoreditch Building. She has a cheeky Labrador who keeps her busy outside of work. Mary plays the saxophone and clarinet, so if you're lucky you may catch her playing a tune. You can except to see Mary supporting with any queries, topping up the coffee machine or sending friendly useful updates to the clients.

Our professional team is led by Grete. Together with her team Grete will make a great impression for your team and help your business run smoothly.

Marnie has joined us in The City. She has 4 rescue cats and loves trying new restaurants (especially sushi and Italian places), so she gives great recommendations. You will find Marnie whizzing between our east end buildings, supporting with client queries and helping with the day-to-day operations in our buildings.
